I couldn't edit, so had to put my comment here. http://schemecookbook.org/Cookbook/WebFileUpload references schematics functions that I can't find. it says "You can get them all, neatly wrapped in a PLT module, at the Schematics site." but the site says go to planet, and planet dosn't seem to have the functions. (i believe the schematics function is "form-data-name")
